BMA Founder, Acupuncturist, Tabitha Silver was born & raised in New York City’s Morningside Heights. She founded Body Mechanics in 2013. She brings a determined and encouraging energy to all her patients. Tabitha understands that no two bodies are alike and will work at your pace!

> Training: Licensed in New York State, Tabitha trained for 4 years in four styles of acupuncture (Traditional Chinese Medicine, Classical Japanese Acupuncture, Acupuncture Physical Medicine, and Alchemical Acupuncture), and anatomy & physiology, she has a Master of Science degree in Acupuncture from Tri-State College of Acupuncture, a Liberal Arts Bachelors from St. John's College, Annapolis, MD. & a certificate in Executive Coaching from Columbia University Teachers College/Columbia Business School.
