How do I make an appointment?
1. Click the ‘Book Now’ button on our website and choose the type of appointment you’d like.
2. Choose a practitioner ( or “Any Available”), choose any bold day in the calendar, then pick the best time for you.
3. Enter your contact information and tell us what you’d like to work on.
4. Lastly, choose to pre-pay, enter a plan/package code, or reserve without paying.
You will have to put a card on file but it will not be charged until your appointment, if you choose to reserve without paying. Make sure you click ‘Complete Booking,’ or your appointment will not go through!

What should I wear or do before my appointment?
Wear loose or stretchy comfortable clothing and make sure you’re hydrated.
Should I eat before my appointment?
Yes! Eat a light, nourishing meal.
I’ve just finished my appointment. What should I avoid?
Strenuous exercise, excessive drug or alcohol use, and dehydration.
Cancel/Reschedule
I need to cancel or change my appointment, what’s the best way?
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment through your confirmation email or your account, as long as it is more than 12 hours before. You can also call or text the office 347-699-0858, or email info@BodyMechanics.com.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give us 12-hours’ notice by leaving us a voicemail/texting 347-699-0858, or emailing info@BodyMechanics.com or you will be charged a $50 late cancellation fee.
How do I make an account?
Book an appointment online
On the appointment confirmation page, click the link that reads, “Register for an Account”
Enter the required information and you’re all set!
Do you have a waitlist?
No, but we’re happy to try and accommodate you if someone changes or cancels their appointment. Talk to Gina at the front desk and she’ll get you in if she can. Also, you may not see same-day appointments available on the website, but call or text and there may be something open!

I’ve heard about your memberships! How do I sign up?
Go to our Unlimited Plan or Packages page. If you need help deciding which plan is right for you Call or book a Free Consult.
How do I use my Unlimited Plan, Limitless Duo, or Package?
When booking an appointment online, you have the option to Reserve without Paying, Pay Now, or Redeem Coupon or Gift Certificate. Click Redeem Coupon or Gift Certificate and enter the email address you used when you bought the plan/package or the code that was emailed to you.
My email/code isn’t working! Help!
If you can’t apply the code from your gift certificate, plan, or package, no need to worry. Book your appointment using the ‘Reserve without Paying’ option and then email us at info@BodyMechanics.com and we can apply your code for you.
I want to give someone a membership as a gift. How do I do that?
Go to our ‘Gifts’page and choose any option! Put the name and email of the person you’d like to receive the gift (or your own name) as well as an email address and you’re all set. Gift cards are valid for a year and are good for 30 days from the first appointment, not the day you buy it.
I signed up for an Unlimited Plan, can I let someone else use it?
Yes, but only if you will not be using it. Talk to Gina at the front desk if you’ll be unable to take advantage of your plan and let her know who will be getting acupuncture instead.

What are your delivery/pickup options?
We can ship your order via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. We do not ship internationally.
Use DoorDash for quick service right to your door.
Choose pickup and we’ll have your order ready for you at the office.
Do you have gift cards for your products?
No, but we hope to have that as an option in the future!
How fast do you ship?
You can choose any shipping speed offered by our carriers. Generally, it takes 24 hours from when you place your order for the carrier to pick up your shipment.
